There are lots kinds of values when assessing, when inspecting a house. But what about the real value of a luxury house? What about this hidden value that has to do with intangible factors? The untold and ugly truth, the truth that all know but no-one speaks for is that the hidden value of a luxury house is most time deliberately skipped by the real estate agents and the vast majority of real estate agencies.
